The firm’s expertise includes an extensive knowledge of State and local permit procedures for new properties, as well as the ability to provide comprehensive assessments of permits and permit compliance issues for existing properties. In addition to the firm’s transactional real estate practice, we regularly handle land conservation projects, issues involving large forestry and agricultural properties, tax appeals, and the management and administration of construction contracts. Stackpole & French maintains close working relationships with area banks, real estate offices, municipalities, land planners, and engineers.
